What makes a bar of ill health?
What is a red flag for the health bars? I recently bought the brand Snickers (Marathon?) Thinking he was healthy when someone told me I had 20 grams of sugar. In the supermarket I bought some Odwalla bars. The super (?) Was very different and good, but had a little sugar and fat more than 7 grams if I remember correctly. Are all antioxidants and organic goodness outweigh the fat and sugar? Is not this natural sugars? Also, I found some GNU fiber bars that are tasty too. 12 grams of fiber. Can you get too much fiber. Oh, one last thing: I am in love with a cereal called Natures Path Pumpkin Seeds Raisin Crunch. It also has 9 grams of fiber, but the sugar and fat are not high at all. The main problem with health bars isn't the sugar content or the ingredients themselves, but what makes the human gastrointestinal tract. The intestines produce large quantities of bacteria and other components in the human body needs for healthy living. By eating Helth bars instead of real food that are not used much, and can cause major health problems. If you want to eat like suppliment a complete meal that is full of green leafy vegetables, fats and protiens, then they are fine. Do not use as a replacement for the food.
